We are currently upgrading our Digital Music site to provide you with easier access to the tunes you love.

Until this upgrade is complete, please follow these steps to access your account:
- Send an email to tss@synacor.com requesting access to the new CenturyTel Music Service. You can also call into the call center (866-535-8286).
- Provide you Name and current ID that you use to log into CenturyTel Music. You will not need to send your current password.
- You will receive an email back supplying you with a username and password to the new site.
- Go to www.synacor.net
- Login with the username and password supplied to you in the email or via phone.
- Click the MusicNet button.
- Click the Download Full Player button.
- Once downloaded run the application and it will install the CenturyTel Music Service on your computer.
